"Angerville in celebration and music": the big summer event

Every late June, the town of Angerville (91670) celebrates summer with a big popular festival called "Angerville in celebration and music". This event, organized by the municipality with the support of the Comité des Fêtes d'Angerville, brings residents together from June 28th at the stadium in the Europe district, avenue de Berlin. From 3 PM to 11:30 PM, family activities, gourmet food, concerts, and fireworks make up a memorable festive day open to all, free of charge.

Activities for children and families

From the opening at 3 PM, activities take place around the stadium. Inflatable structures await children for hours of play and challenges. A pumptrack with free access allows young cyclists and skaters to try the activity safely. Pedal go-karts and pedal tractors delight the youngest. The association "Agitons le local" offers 100% nature activities: a giant sandbox, beach games, and molkky allow children to connect with the natural world. Areas reserved for very young children complete the family offerings.

Gourmet dining: three food trucks on site

The Fête d'Angerville puts gastronomy in the spotlight with three food trucks present to satisfy all cravings. Maison Prajault offers its famous burgers and charcuterie specialties. A crêpe stand delights foodies with sweet crêpes and artisanal ice cream. Pizzatfan pizzeria completes the offering with its wood-fired pizzas. Brasserie Galilée and the Comité des Fêtes refreshment stand provide cold and hot drinks throughout the day.

Concerts and musical evening

The Société Musicale d'Angerville provides a friendly musical atmosphere in the early evening. Two bands then take over for a lively concert: Artefact and Code 507 heat up the dancefloor until the last notes. The evening concludes with a fireworks display at 11 PM, launched from the stadium with musical accompaniment, illuminating the Angerville sky with a shower of festive lights.

Angerville, capital of Beauce in Essonne

Angerville is the capital of the canton of the same name, a small town of about 3,500 inhabitants in the heart of Beauce, the large agricultural plateau extending southwest of Essonne towards Beauce chartraine. With its traditional brick architecture and vast cereal horizons, Angerville has a strong identity. Its annual festival reflects the town: generous, friendly, and firmly rooted in local traditions.
