"Angerville in Celebration and Music": The Big Summer Event

Every late June, the town of Angerville (91670) celebrates summer with a large popular festival titled "Angerville in Celebration and Music". This event, organized by the municipality with the support of the Angerville Festival Committee, brings residents together at the stadium in the Europe district, avenue de Berlin. In 2026, the festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 27. From 3 PM to 11:30 PM, family entertainment, gourmet food, concerts, and fireworks make up a memorable festive day open to all, free of charge.

Entertainment for Children and Families

From the opening at 3 PM, activities take place around the stadium. Inflatable structures await children for hours of games and challenges. A free-access pumptrack allows young cyclists and skaters to safely learn the practice. Pedal go-karts and pedal tractors delight the youngest. The association "Agitons le local" offers 100% nature activities: a giant sandbox, beach games, and molkky allow children to connect with the natural world. Areas reserved for very young children complete the family setup.

Gourmet Food: Food Trucks on Site

The Angerville festival highlights gastronomy with several food trucks present to satisfy all cravings. In previous editions, Maison Prajault offered its famous burgers and charcuterie specialties, a crêpe bar delighted food lovers with sweet crêpes and artisanal ice creams, and Pizzatfan pizzeria completed the offer with its wood-fired pizzas. Brasserie Galilée and the Festival Committee's refreshment stand provide cold and hot drinks throughout the day.

Concerts and Musical Evening

The Angerville Musical Society provides a friendly musical atmosphere in the early evening, before a big concert that energizes the dancefloor until the last notes. Previous editions have notably hosted the groups Artefact and Code 507. The evening concludes with a fireworks display launched from the stadium with musical accompaniment, illuminating the Angerville sky with a burst of festive lights.

Angerville, Capital of Essonnian Beauce

Angerville is the capital of the canton of the same name, a small town of some 3,500 inhabitants in the heart of the Beauce, the large agricultural plateau that extends southwest of Essonne towards the Beauce chartraine.
