Arnouville's summer festival, a dynamic town in the Val-d'Oise in the Plaine de France
Arnouville (95400), whose official name is Arnouville-lès-Gonesse, is a town in the Val-d'Oise located in the Plaine de France, near Villiers-le-Bel and Gonesse. With its approximately 12,000 inhabitants, Arnouville is a popular town well connected to Paris by the Villiers-le-Bel-Gonesse-Arnouville station on RER line D. This accessibility makes it a desirable residential town for those working in Paris.
The town has various sports and cultural facilities and a dynamic network of associations. The Fête d'Arnouville is an opportunity for all these associations to come together and celebrate local life.
The Fête d'Arnouville is designed to appeal to all residents, regardless of age, origin, or social status. The program includes activities for children — inflatable games, creative workshops, clown shows — which keep the youngest entertained throughout the day, open-air concerts with accessible musical programming, and stands from local associations that allow everyone to discover the richness of Arnouville's associative life.
The food offered at the Fête d'Arnouville reflects the town's cultural diversity: African, Caribbean, Asian, and French specialties are available at the food stands, creating a culinary offering that invites you on a journey.
Associative life is particularly rich in Arnouville, with many associations representing the town's cultural diversity. Sports clubs, cultural associations, neighborhood groups, and solidarity associations contribute to local life. The Fête d'Arnouville is their big annual event, an opportunity to present themselves to the public and recruit new members.
Demonstrations of sports activities, shows by local dance and music groups, and exhibitions by local artists enrich the festival's cultural program. These local events showcase the creativity and talent of Arnouville residents.
The Fête d'Arnouville is also an opportunity to highlight the solidarity and mutual aid actions that characterize life in Arnouville. Charitable associations, food banks, and international solidarity groups can present their actions at the festival, raising residents' awareness of local and international solidarity issues. This solidarity dimension gives the Fête d'Arnouville a depth that goes far beyond simple entertainment.
