Fête de Clamart — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Fête des Petits Pois will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026 in Clamart on the theme "Immersion in Polynesia". From 2 PM to 1 AM, the Place de la Mairie, the Parc de la Maison Blanche, and several downtown locations will host Polynesian workshops, shows, traditional sports demonstrations, a grand costume parade, and a Tahitian evening. Free admission for the entire program.
Fête des Petits Pois 2026 — Immersion in Polynesia
After India in 2023, Mexico in 2024, and Japan in 2025, the 2026 Fête des Petits Pois takes the people of Clamart on a journey to Polynesia. On Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM, the city transforms into a Tahitian stopover with a Petits Pois Village featuring immersive decor, participatory workshops, dance and music demonstrations, eight Polynesian shows, and a grand costume parade.

A Free Event for Everyone
The entire program is free, open, and accessible to all — only on-site food and drink are for purchase. No prior registration is required for most activities; a few limited-capacity workshops (basket weaving, flower crowns, po'ara, ukulele, culinary workshops, massages) require free online reservation or on-site registration.
Getting Around on Festival Day
- Free shuttle from 1:30 PM to 12:30 AM between the Cemetery esplanade and Maison Blanche Park
- Buses 189, 190, 191, and N62 will be diverted all day; the Clamibus will be suspended on June 5 and 6 from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Recommended parking: Desprez, Trosy, Hunebelle, Pierre et Marie Curie
- Bicycle parking at Maison Blanche Park
- Vehicles parked on the parade route streets must be moved before 8:00 PM on June 5

Every year, the Fête de Clamart turns the city into an open-air festival. Organized by the Clamart municipality (92140), this popular celebration is a cornerstone of the summer calendar in the Hauts-de-Seine region. The Fête des Petits Pois: A Clamart Tradition
At the heart of the Fête de Clamart is the famous Fête des Petits Pois (Pea Festival), named after the town's historical market gardening heritage. Once a major producer of peas renowned throughout the Paris region, Clamart chose this humble vegetable as the joyful symbol of a city proud of its roots.
The Fête des Petits Pois reinvents itself each year with a new theme. It hosts street performances featuring jugglers, acrobats, dancers, puppeteers, actors, musicians, and circus artists who take over the city's squares and streets. Participatory workshops—including face painting, wooden games, crafts, and sports initiations—round out the program for families and children.
A Different Journey Every Year
For each edition, the festival chooses a destination to share with the people of Clamart: India in 2023, Mexico in 2024, Japan in 2025, and Polynesia in 2026. Immersive sets, shows, workshops, gastronomy, and a grand costume parade are all designed around the guest culture, making every edition a unique experience.
The 2026 edition takes place on Saturday, June 6th, from 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM, themed "Immersion in Polynesia," featuring the "End of the World Parade" and the Tahitian evening, Te Po Tahiti.
A Forest City in Celebration
Clamart's uniqueness lies in its exceptional natural setting. Bordered by the Clamart state forest, one of the largest in the Hauts-de-Seine with its 350 hectares of oak and beech trees, the city provides a stunning backdrop for the festivities. Some activities even spill out to the edge of the forest, blending popular culture with preserved nature just a few kilometers from Paris.
