Eleven editions of draft beer and alternative music

The independent association Minimac organized two nights of concerts in early September, held outdoors in Saint-Hilaire-de-Voust, in the southeast of the Vendée, running from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The lineup featured rock, punk, ska, java punk, punk'n roll, and brass bands. Admission was €5 per night, with about ten draft beers to choose from, along with on-site catering, a grass parking area, and nearby camping.

• September 4, 2009 — Les Cadavres, Nina'School, La Mathilde, €uroshima, from 8:30 PM to 3:00 AM.
• September 3 and 4, 2010, 10th edition — Friday: Les Caméléons, Rotor Jambreks, Jabul Gorba, Mobutu, and Monty Picon. Saturday: Kiemsa, The Hop La !, Les Voleurs de Swing, Les Petites Choses, and Monty Picon. Ten bands, ten beers, €10 for both nights.
• September 2 and 3, 2011, 11th edition, Espace Beauchesne — Friday: Barrio Populo, Electric Bazar & Cie, Gaab, Father Shergold. Saturday: Outrage, Lareplik, Cortona, My Secretary. Le Peuple de l'Orb performed between sets throughout the weekend.

No trace since 2011

No editions after 2011 appear in festival directories, and Infoconcert lists the Fête de la Bière as a defunct festival. The town confirms this in 2026: neither the events calendar, the January municipal bulletin, nor the year's liquor permits mention the festival or the Minimac association, which is not among the registered associations in Saint-Hilaire-de-Voust. Should Minimac relaunch the event, this page will be updated.
