Les Portes en Fête is a cultural and leisure association whose objective is to organize and liven up the celebrations of the commune of Les Portes-en-Ré. Located at 3 rue des Châtaigniers, the association works in close collaboration with the municipality to offer festive events throughout the year.
Various activities
The association offers a wide variety of activities to reach all audiences: concerts (including a major annual rock concert), flea markets, artistic workshops, music lessons, excursions, and community events. These activities help to create social bonds and energize the local life of the village.
The Fleur de Sel Festival
Among the major events organized, the Fleur de Sel Festival takes place in September and highlights the traditional know-how of the salt workers. This immersion in the world of salt marshes allows visitors to discover this unique heritage of the Île de Ré. The festival ends with a spectacular fireworks display that lights up the sky of Les Portes-en-Ré.
