About Orgues en Anjou Festival

Every autumn, the Orgue en Pays de la Loire association brings musicians and audiences together across six churches in the Maine-et-Loire region for the Orgues en Anjou festival: Doué-la-Fontaine, Cheviré-le-Rouge, Chemillé-en-Anjou, Les Ponts-de-Cé, Longué-Jumelles, and Sèvremoine. In Sèvremoine, the Orgue et Musique à Sèvremoine association (formerly Amis de l'Orgue de Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges) hosts the concerts in the churches of Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges and Torfou.

Orgues en Anjou Festival — edition 2026

For its fifth edition, the festival is hosting two events in Sèvremoine, both starting at 4:00 PM: on October 4th, organist Vincent Grappy (titular organist of the Blois Cathedral) will accompany soprano Géraldine Casey at the church in Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges; on November 8th, Emmanuel Hocdé (titular organist of the Laval Cathedral) will perform alongside saxophonist Santiago Marti at the church in Torfou. Admission is free with voluntary contributions for both concerts.
