Agricultural and popular festival in Donzy and its surroundings
The Fête de la Ruralité is an agricultural and popular event organized every end of August by the Jeunes Agriculteurs of Pouilly-Donzy-Cosne in the north of Nièvre. The program spans two days with plowing contests, a farmers' market, an exhibition of agricultural machinery, catering, refreshments, a dance with a DJ, and fireworks on Saturday evening in Donzy, followed by a mass with hunting horns, and a parade of vintage cars and old tractors on Sunday from Ciez to Châteauneuf-Val-de-Bargis.
The Fête de la Ruralité is a festive and agricultural event that celebrates the rural world of northern Nièvre. The Donziais is a rural territory in the north of Nièvre, between the vineyards of Pouilly-sur-Loire and the hills of Nivernais.
