From 6 PM to midnight, the Grand Parc transforms into a vast open-air dancefloor. At 10:45 PM, the evening reaches its climax with the fireworks display, launched from Rue Michel Rolnikas. Visible from a large part of the town and the banks of the Seine, the pyrotechnic show illuminates the sky of Saint-Ouen and Paris in a blaze of colors that marks the border between Seine-Saint-Denis and the capital.
