Fêtes de Nogaro: The Gascon Festival Par Excellence
The Fêtes de Nogaro are a highlight of the Gers summer. For five days around August 15th, the village lives to the rhythm of bandas, Landes races, encierros, and festive meals.
Landes Races and Encierros
The Nogaro arenas host spectacular Landes races with the best bullfighters and jumpers in the region. Traditional encierros liven up the village streets in an electric atmosphere.
Bandas and Evenings
The banda evenings bring together hundreds of musicians and revelers. Parades, concerts, bodegas, and fireworks follow one another for memorable nights.
A Program for Everyone
Flea markets, producers' markets, shows for children, rugby matches, pétanque, and fishing competitions complete the festival program.
