By car: Dun-sur-Meuse is located in northern Meuse, about 35 km north of Verdun via the D964, the main road connecting Verdun to Stenay and Sedan. The village is well signposted from the national road. Free parking is available near the village square and in adjacent streets.

By train: The nearest station is Verdun, served by TER Grand Est. From Verdun station, a car journey of about 30 minutes is necessary to reach Dun-sur-Meuse. Taxi services are available in Verdun.

The festival takes place on the village square of Dun-sur-Meuse, at the foot of the medieval fortress of the upper town, 55110 Dun-sur-Meuse. A marquee is set up on the square to host the musical evening and protect participants in case of bad weather.

The event takes place during the day and evening, with activities starting in the early afternoon (usually from 3 PM) and the musical evening under the marquee in the late afternoon, continuing late into the night.
