The Foires de Champagne is the most important commercial and festive event in the Troyes urban area. Located at the Le Cube exhibition center, boulevard du Général Charles Delestraint in Troyes, it takes place annually for nine days at the turn of May and June. With over 200 exhibitors and 45,000 visitors, the Foires de Champagne is a true economic and territorial showcase for the Troyes Champagne metropolis, bringing together professionals and the general public around a diverse offering.

A complete panorama of crafts and commerce

The exhibitors at the Foires de Champagne cover a wide range of sectors: decoration, furniture, kitchens, home appliances, heating, renewable energies, gardens, DIY, pools and spas, automobiles, tourism, and of course local crafts. This diversity makes it a must-attend event for residents of Aube and neighboring departments, whether they come to buy, compare, or simply browse the stands.

Champagne gastronomy and agricultural tent

Regional gastronomy plays a key role at the Foires de Champagne. Visitors can taste and buy local products from Champagne, wines and champagnes, specialties from Aube, and local culinary creations. Since 2006, the Terres & Vignes association, which brings together 17 major players in agricultural and wine development, has been managing a 1000 m2 agricultural tent open daily from 11 am to 9 pm. This pavilion showcases the agricultural world of Aube through entertainment, tastings, and meetings with producers.

Organized by La Maison du Boulanger, they offer concerts, entertainment, and on-site catering that extend the visit well beyond the exhibition stands.
