About Go Ba's

The Go Ba's Festival is an open-air music festival organized annually at the end of August in Parc Bignon in Bourbon-l'Archambault, in the Allier department (Auvergne). Created in 2013 by the youth association « Go les Jeun's », initially formed as a junior association, the festival is now run by the Collectif Go Ba's, which brings together several associations and over a hundred volunteers aged 13 to 85. The eclectic program blends French chanson, rock, pop, rap, reggae, punk, and variety, featuring local artists, rising bands, and confirmed headliners. Accessible with free pricing, the Go Ba's Festival stands out for its warm and family-friendly atmosphere, also offering a day dedicated to children, free camping, on-site catering, and a token system for refreshments.

A festival born from youthful energy

The Go Ba's Festival was created in 2013 on the initiative of « Go les Jeun's », a junior association formed by young people driven by the desire to bring their region to life through music and conviviality. Initially modest, the festival has grown over the editions to become an unmissable late-summer event in Bourbon-l'Archambault, in the Allier, driven by values of sharing, openness, solidarity, and conviviality.

The Collectif Go Ba's: several associations, one hundred volunteers

Behind the Go Ba's Festival is the Collectif Go Ba's, which brings together several associative structures: the association Go les Jeun's (established as a 1901 law association in February 2018), the N.A.B.A.B, the social center Adéquat, and the Comité des Fêtes de Bourbon-l'Archambault. More than one hundred volunteers, aged 13 to 85, work all year round to organize and grow this event.

An eclectic and accessible program

Each edition of the Go Ba's Festival offers a varied musical program, blending French chanson, rock, pop, rap, reggae, punk, electro, and variety. The festival highlights amateur artists from the region, rising professional bands, and confirmed headliners. Over the years, Go Ba's has welcomed artists such as Manau, Trois Cafés Gourmands, Fredz, AC/DÇU, and M'Dezoen, offering a broad and festive panorama of the French music scene.

A family-friendly festival with free pricing

True to its values of accessibility, the Go Ba's Festival operates on a free pricing model: each festival-goer gives what they wish at the entrance. This unique approach allows everyone, families, young and old, to enjoy a quality musical event without financial barriers. The festival is above all a family-friendly festival where even the youngest children are welcome to dance and have fun.

Go Ba's Kids: a day for children

The festival offers a Go Ba's Kids day dedicated to the youngest, with entertainment, workshops, games, and a show followed by an adapted concert. This children's program, generally organized on the Thursday preceding the main weekend, reinforces the family dimension of the event and allows the little ones to experience their first festival.

Catering and camping

On the festival site, food stalls offer savory and sweet crepes, sandwiches, fries, and other treats. A token system (purchased at the exchange booth) allows payment for refreshments, with unused tokens being refunded. Free camping is available to festival-goers immediately next to the concert area, allowing them to fully enjoy the weekend without worrying about transport.

Go Ba's — edition 2026

The 10th edition of the Go Ba's Festival will be held on August 20, 21 and 22, 2026 at Parc Bignon in Bourbon-l'Archambault, in the Allier. For this anniversary, the family-friendly festival with free pricing offers three days of music, featuring Wazoo, La Rif et Nos Men, Luiza and Colt on the main weekend's lineup.

10th edition: the Go Ba's Festival celebrates its ten years

The Go Ba's Festival returns for its 10th edition on August 20, 21 and 22, 2026 at Parc Bignon in Bourbon-l'Archambault, in the Allier. A significant anniversary for this festival, born in 2013 from the energy of a group of young volunteers and which has become, in a decade, an unmissable event at the end of summer in Auvergne.

True to its founding values, the festival maintains its free pricing format, its free camping and its family atmosphere. Thursday is traditionally dedicated to the Go Ba's Kids program for children, before the two concert evenings on Friday and Saturday.
