About Jazz en Comminges
Jazz en Comminges is a jazz festival held annually in May in Saint-Gaudens, Haute-Garonne (Occitanie). Created in 2003 by the CLAP association, this unmissable event offers five days of paid concerts at the Parc des Expositions du Comminges and Le Cube, as well as a free OFF program in the city center. International headliners, young talents, exhibitions, and moments of sharing: Jazz en Comminges celebrates jazz in all its forms.
Jazz en Comminges in Saint-Gaudens
Jazz en Comminges is one of the major jazz events in Occitanie. Organized annually in spring in Saint-Gaudens (Haute-Garonne), the festival was created in 2003 by the CLAP association and has been celebrating jazz in all its diversity for over twenty years, from swing tradition to contemporary aesthetics, including world music and the emerging French scene.
A festival in two parts: IN and OFF
The festival is divided into two complementary programs:
- The Festival IN offers, over four evenings, paid concerts featuring international headliners at the Parc des Expositions du Comminges (Villeneuve-de-Rivière) and at Le Cube in Saint-Gaudens city center.
- The Festival OFF, free and open to all, enlivens the heart of Saint-Gaudens for four days: about thirty free concerts in the squares, at the Halle Gourmande, at the Théâtre Jean Marmignon and at the Scène Musicale du Palais, with a young talent springboard.
An event rooted in its territory
Beyond the main evenings, Jazz en Comminges offers off-site concerts throughout the year in the Comminges region and around the Pyrenean chain, as well as exhibitions in cultural venues in Saint-Gaudens (Office de Tourisme, Théâtre Jean Marmignon, Cinéma Le Régent). The festival actively contributes to the cultural and tourist dynamism of Haute-Garonne and to the promotion of the Comminges region, between Toulouse and Tarbes, at the foot of the Pyrenees.
A jazz reference in Occitanie
Since its creation, Jazz en Comminges has welcomed the biggest names in international and French jazz, while supporting young regional groups. The loyal and curious audience comes every year from all over the region and beyond to enjoy a friendly atmosphere and the quality of the programming.

Jazz en Comminges 2026 — 23rd edition
From Wednesday, May 13 to Sunday, May 17, 2026, the 23rd edition of Jazz en Comminges brought the public together in Saint-Gaudens for four IN evenings at the Parc des Expositions du Comminges and Le Cube, and about thirty free OFF concerts in the city center over four days.
An international lineup
The 2026 festival featured major names in international jazz: Swiss trumpeter Erik Truffaz associated with Spanish saxophonist Antonio Lizana for their creation « New Sketches of Spain », Cuban singer and cellist Ana Carla Maza with her « Caribe World Tour », Israeli double bassist Avishai Cohen and his quintet « Brightlight », Cuban pianist Harold López-Nussa and his quartet « Nueva Timba », French pianist Paul Lay and his trio « Bach's Groove », as well as L'Autre Big Band inviting Géraldine Laurent and Lucile Rentz.
OFF Festival: 28 free concerts
In addition to the IN program, the OFF Festival presented about thirty free concerts from Thursday, May 14 to Sunday, May 17 in the heart of Saint-Gaudens (Le Cube, Théâtre Jean Marmignon, Scène Musicale du Palais, squares and Halle Gourmande), with a young talent springboard and styles ranging from traditional swing to funk.
« Jazz sans frontières » Exhibitions
Three exhibitions titled « Jazz sans frontières — Couleurs du monde » accompanied the festival from May 4 to 30, 2026 at the Tourist Office, the Théâtre Jean Marmignon and the Cinéma Le Régent.

About thirty free concerts scheduled in the squares, at the Halle Gourmande, Le Cube, Théâtre Jean Marmignon and Scène Musicale du Palais. On Sunday, May 17, several OFF concerts will take place notably at 11 AM at Le Cube, at 1 PM at the Scène Musicale du Palais, at 2:30 PM at the Auditorium and at 4 PM at Place Jean Jaurès. Access
From Toulouse: A64, exit 18, then D921 towards Villeneuve-de-Rivière. From Tarbes: A64, exit 17, then D817 towards Villeneuve-de-Rivière.
A free MOVIGO shuttle is available between Place du Foirail (Le Cube) in Saint-Gaudens and the Parc des Expositions, with departures between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM and returns after the concerts.
Ticketing
Online ticketing on the official website (Festik platform). Also sold at 5 relay points: Saint-Gaudens, Aurignac, Boulogne-sur-Gesse, Montréjeau and L'Isle-en-Dodon. The Festival OFF is free and open to all.
