Electronic music festival in Châteauroux
Les CastelRouquines is an electronic music festival born in Châteauroux in 2024, driven by the event company BleuRose. Spread over two indoor stages, the festival offers an ambitious program mixing techno, electro, and house, with international headliners. After a resounding first success that brought together a thousand people, the event has established itself as the unmissable gathering for the electro scene in Berry, taking over iconic venues like the Hall des Expositions de Belle-Isle and the M.A.CH 36.
Les CastelRouquines is an electronic music festival created in 2024 in Châteauroux by Jule Gorski and Jason Marchais, co-founders of the event company BleuRose. The ambition is clear: to make Châteauroux a destination for the French electro scene.
The first edition was held in September 2024, initially planned for the Rancho plain before being relocated to the Belle-Isle gymnasium due to weather conditions. Nearly 1,000 people responded, confirming the appetite of the Berry public for electronic music. This success immediately launched the festival's momentum.
From its second edition in October 2025, the festival took on a new dimension by taking over the Hall des Expositions de Belle-Isle with 22 DJs over two days and two stages. Vladimir Cauchemar and Mosimann were among the headliners, accompanied by Maeva Carter, Oriska, Chris Nox, Vrablic, V-Rey, Naudin, Karl Prt, Kazajak, and VLTN². The stated goal was to attract 2,500 people per evening.
For 2026, Les CastelRouquines are taking another step by setting up at the M.A.CH 36, Châteauroux Métropole's large performance venue that can accommodate up to 5,000 people. Lost Frequencies, a Belgian star of melodic electro, is announced as the headliner alongside Boris Way, Sound of Legend, and Nautwo.
Les CastelRouquines benefit from the support of major partners such as the radio station Vibration, Équinoxe Scène nationale de Châteauroux, and Châteauroux Métropole, which has used the festival in its communication campaigns. In just a few editions, the festival has established itself as a flagship event in Châteauroux's cultural life.
