The international adventure film festival in Dijon
Les Écrans de l'Aventure is the international adventure film festival in Dijon. Created in 1992, it brings together filmmakers, adventurers, explorers, and writers every autumn for a week of screenings, meetings, and discoveries in the heart of the Burgundian capital.
Created in 1992 by La Guilde and the city of Dijon, Les Écrans de l'Aventure is the first and most important adventure film festival in France. For a week every autumn, the festival screens the best adventure documentaries and films from around the world, highlighting extraordinary explorations, sporting challenges, and human encounters.
Beyond the screenings, Les Écrans de l'Aventure is a privileged meeting place between the public and adventurers, explorers, mountaineers, sailors, and directors. Conferences, debates, and signing sessions allow for exchanges with these personalities who push the boundaries of human exploration.
Each edition rewards the best productions in various categories: Grand Prix, Audience Award, Best Cinematography Award, Adventure Book Award. The Les Écrans de l'Aventure awards are a benchmark in the world of documentary and adventure film.
