Party in the village
Every summer since its creation, the Little Town Festival transforms the small village of Cramans into an open-air music stage. Driven by the Cramans festival committee, this 100% free festival has become a must-attend event of the Jura summer, attracting several thousand festival-goers to this village in the Val d'Amour in the heart of the Jura.
Six bands on two stages
The musical programming of the Little Town Festival is carefully selected by the festival committee to offer a varied and contemporary musical palette. Each edition features six bands spread across two stages, with styles ranging from rock to electro, including funk, pop, groove, and world music:
- Main stage: headliners perform on the main stage, offering high-quality concerts in a festive atmosphere.
- Second stage: emerging bands and more intimate acts ensure continuous programming throughout the evening.
A free and popular event
Total free admission is at the heart of the Little Town Festival's identity. This philosophy allows all audiences, families, young and old, to enjoy a quality musical evening without financial barriers. The festival is funded by on-site catering (food trucks, bar) and the support of local partners.
Entertainment and fireworks
Beyond the concerts, the Little Town Festival offers:
- Local catering: food trucks and stands with Jura specialties (Morteau sausage, cheeses, crepes).
- Bar: local beers, Jura wines, and cold drinks.
- Entertainment: fun and festive activities throughout the evening.
- Fireworks: a pyrotechnic show at nightfall beautifully concludes the evening.
Village spirit
What makes the Little Town Festival's unique charm is its village roots. The event is entirely driven by volunteers from the Cramans festival committee, who transform their village into a temporary music stage for one evening. This community and participatory dimension creates a warm and authentic atmosphere that festival-goers happily rediscover each year.
