A Medieval City Transformed
The Medieval Festival of Pons takes over the entire historic center of the city, dominated by the majestic 12th-century keep. For one day, Pons rediscovers its medieval atmosphere with entertainment in the cobbled streets, squares, and around the historic monuments.
Historical Reenactments and Encampments
Historical reenactment troupes set up their medieval encampments and present daily life in the Middle Ages. Visitors can discover ancient crafts, artisanal techniques, and the weaponry and equipment of medieval warriors. Demonstrations of sword fighting, archery, and jousting captivate the audience.
Medieval Market and Crafts
A medieval market offers artisanal products, period items, pottery, leatherwork, and metalwork. Medieval craftsmanship is honored with demonstrations of ancestral skills. Medieval catering allows you to taste dishes inspired by old recipes.
