The Montélimar Agglo Festival is a traveling contemporary music festival that offers about fifteen free concerts every summer in the towns of the Montélimar urban area. Every summer for over twenty years, the Montélimar Agglo Festival has transformed the towns of the Montélimar urban area into open-air concert venues. This traveling festival of contemporary music offers about fifteen free concerts in the parks, squares, and centers of the villages of Drôme provençale, providing residents and vacationers with memorable musical evenings.
The unique feature of the Montélimar Agglo Festival is its traveling and completely free nature. Each evening, a different village in the urban area hosts a concert, creating a festive dynamic that energizes the entire territory. Spectators can thus discover the towns of the urban area while enjoying the musical program, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere typical of Provence.
The festival's program mixes established artists and emerging talents, across a range of musical styles from rock to pop, electro to hip-hop, reggae to French chanson. Among the recent headliners, the 2024 edition opened with a special concert by Bigflo et Oli on July 3rd in Montélimar, followed by 13 free concerts in the towns of the urban area from July 4th to 27th.
In 2025, the festival evolved under the name Music'O Village, its new traveling festival. This name change underscores the Montélimar urban area's commitment to offering an event even more rooted in the villages, with over 15 free concerts in the parks, squares, and centers of the urban area's towns.
Over the years, the Montélimar Agglo Festival has established itself as an unmissable summer event in Drôme provençale.
