About Music Festival in Dole
Every June 21, Dole celebrates the Fête de la Musique: numerous stages are set up in the streets of the historic center, while bars and restaurants liven up their terraces. Amateur musicians and invited groups play for free in all styles, from early evening until the heart of the night, in the birthplace of Louis Pasteur.

On Sunday, June 21st, 2026, over thirty free concerts will bring Dole to life across 19 venues, from the streets of the historic center to bar terraces. Choirs, folk, blues, pop rock, and Conservatory students will share the stages late into the night.

Due to the forecasted high temperatures, the City has delayed the start of the concerts to 7:00 PM.

The Fête de la Musique in Dole
As everywhere in France since 1982, the Fête de la Musique transforms the city of Dole into an open-air stage every June 21. Music freely takes over public spaces, from early evening until the heart of the night, in all genres and for all audiences.
A celebration in the historic center
Usually, several stages are set up in the streets of the city center and around the squares of Dole, along the Doubs and the canal des Tanneurs. The city's bars and restaurants extend the celebration onto their terraces with open-air concerts, mixing musical styles in a friendly atmosphere.
