The essential meeting place for gastronomy since 1921
Founded in 1921 on the initiative of Gaston Gérard, the Foire Internationale et Gastronomique de Dijon is one of the oldest and most prestigious gastronomic fairs in France. For twelve days every autumn, the Dijon Exhibition and Convention Centre transforms into a vast temple of gastronomy, bringing together producers, artisans, and exhibitors from all over France and the world.
Each edition highlights a guest country whose culinary and cultural specialties are presented to visitors. Cooking demonstrations, tastings, conferences, and shows punctuate the days, making this fair much more than just an exhibition: a true popular festival.
As the capital of gastronomy, Dijon celebrates its emblematic products through this fair: mustard, gingerbread, cassis, Burgundy snails, and of course, the great wines of the Côte-d'Or. The Fair is also an opportunity to discover artisanal know-how and innovations in the agri-food sector.
The Foire Internationale et Gastronomique de Dijon returns from October 31 to November 11, 2026, at the Parc des Expositions et Congrès de Dijon for a new edition dedicated to gastronomy and discovery.

Access: Tram line T1, stop Parc des Expositions. Free parking on site.
Opening Hours: Open daily from 10 am to 8 pm for the duration of the fair.
Food: Numerous tasting stands and pop-up restaurants on site.
