The Confrérie du Bailliage de Pommard
The Bailliage de Pommard was conceived in 1969 by Jean-Philippe Lecat, minister and deputy of Côte-d'Or, and officially founded in 1981. For over forty years, this wine brotherhood has been dedicated to promoting the Pommard appellation and transmitting its soul through convivial and gastronomic events.

The Dîsnée offers a five-course gourmet menu paired with the best wines from Pommard winegrowers. The evening, which runs from 7 PM to midnight, is punctuated by traditional Burgundian entertainment and moments of conviviality between brothers and guests. As the number of places is limited, booking is mandatory.

The Dîsnée de la Vente des Vins 2026 will take place on Friday, November 13, 2026, the eve of the 166th Vente des Vins des Hospices de Beaune. As every year, the Confrérie du Bailliage de Pommard welcomes its guests to the Caveau de Pommard, located beneath the village town hall, for an evening in pure Burgundian tradition.
A five-course gourmet dinner
The aperitif is served at 7 PM, followed by a five-course gourmet menu prepared in harmony with the best vintages from the winemakers of the Pommard appellation. The evening continues until midnight, punctuated by entertainment and convivial moments between confreres and guests. Cocktail attire is required, and inductees are invited to wear their insignia.

The Dîsnée marks the kick-off of the famous Burgundian wine weekend. As the number of places is limited, reservation is mandatory and must be made in advance with the Bailliage de Pommard.
