About Music Festival in Montaigu-Vendée
Every June 21, Montaigu-Vendée celebrates the Fête de la Musique throughout its city center: a dozen stages are set up from Place du Champ de foire to Parc du Val d'Asson, passing through Rue Georges Clemenceau and Place de l'Hôtel de ville. Organized by the municipality of Montaigu-Vendée, the evening is entirely free and brings together about thirty amateur and professional groups, of all styles.

For the 2026 edition, a dozen stages will animate the city center starting at 5 PM, featuring about thirty amateur and professional groups.
Place du Champ de foire — parc du Val d'Asson — rue Georges Clemenceau
Stages open to amateur and professional groups from 5 PM, all styles combined, in the heart of the city. Food and drink stalls provided by local associations; PMR (Persons with Reduced Mobility) spaces reserved at Place du Champ de foire.
Place de l'Hôtel de ville — headliners
- 8:30 PM — Mariluce: luminous French pop, a sparkling and energetic duo.
- 10:30 PM — Une Touche d'Optimisme: a festive and intense show to close the evening.
Concerts and musical programming conclude at midnight.

As everywhere in France since 1982, the Fête de la Musique transforms Montaigu-Vendée into an open-air stage every June 21. Music freely takes over public spaces, from late afternoon until the heart of the night, in all genres and for all audiences.

For the 2026 edition, the municipality is setting up a dozen stages in the city center: Place du Champ de foire, Parc du Val d'Asson, Rue Georges Clemenceau, and Place de l'Hôtel de ville will host concerts starting at 5 PM.
