Nature ô Jardin

A friendly nature event south of Tours

Created by the city of Veigné, Nature ô Jardin is a free spring exhibition that brings together nature and gardening enthusiasts every April on the Esplanade du Moulin. This green space on the banks of the Indre offers an ideal bucolic setting for an event dedicated to plants, the environment, and natural well-being.

Passionate exhibitors

The exhibition brings together horticulturists, nursery owners, beekeepers, landscapers, and other professionals from the plant world who exhibit and advise visitors. The stands offer a wide selection of perennial plants, shrubs, seasonal flowers, seeds, aromatic, and medicinal plants. Products derived from nature are also featured: honey, essential oils, artisanal soaps, natural cosmetic products, and garden decorations.

Workshops and awareness

Nature ô Jardin goes beyond a simple plant market by offering educational workshops on environmental themes. Visitors can learn about natural gardening, discover the world of beneficial insects, learn composting techniques, and understand the benefits of nature for health and well-being. These free workshops are led by committed associations and professionals.

A free and friendly event

Entry to the exhibition is completely free, in a spirit of openness and sharing. Free activities punctuate the day, and a raffle allows visitors to win prizes offered by the exhibitors. On-site catering (refreshments and snacks) allows for a pleasant extension of the visit. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, reflecting this green town in the Indre valley.

Veigné, a town of 6,000 inhabitants south of Tours, is crossed by the Indre and benefits from a preserved natural setting. The Esplanade du Moulin, by the river, is a popular walking and leisure area for residents.
