A 48-hour musical world tour
Nestled at the foot of the Pyrenees, on the banks of the Neste river, Nestival is a small festival with a big heart that offers a 48-hour musical world tour every July. Proudly proclaiming itself as 'the biggest of the small Pyrenean festivals', Nestival has maintained a pioneering artistic direction since its inception, mixing traditional, tropical, electronic, afrobeat, and rock music in an eclectic and daring program.
Les Ocybelles: an exceptional natural setting
The festival takes place at Les Ocybelles, a natural area located between Nestier and Saint-Laurent-de-Neste, on the banks of the Neste river. This site offers an enchanting setting with a natural swimming area accessible to festival-goers, shaded banks, and a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. The free camping on site allows for a full festival experience immersed in nature.
A pioneering program
Each edition of Nestival offers an eclectic and demanding program that showcases musical discoveries. Artists from all over the world perform on the festival stages: zouk, afrobeat, tropical music, electro, rock, and traditional music create a unique sonic journey. The 2025 edition notably featured Fulu Miziki (Democratic Republic of Congo), Bacchantes, Boombastikas, and many other pioneering artists from the global music scene.
An accessible and friendly festival
Nestival cultivates values of accessibility and friendliness. With early bird ticket prices of 12 euros for one evening and 22 euros for two days, and free entry for under-16s, the festival is open to all audiences. The site offers a bar, food trucks with local catering, and free camping, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Located 45 minutes from Tarbes, 1 hour from Pau, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Toulouse, Nestival is easily accessible while offering a complete change of scenery.
