French bass music festival at Le Kilowatt in Vitry-sur-Seine
Founded in 2022 by OHLALA Productions, Ohlala Festival has established itself in just a few editions as the leading bass music festival in Île-de-France. Every summer, Le Kilowatt in Vitry-sur-Seine—a former EDF power station converted into a concert venue—transforms into a giant dancefloor to host an international lineup featuring the best representatives of drum & bass, dubstep, UK garage, and hybrid electronic styles.
From its very first edition, the festival has attracted over 2,500 enthusiastic festival-goers. The formula relies on over 30 artists spread across 3 stages—a large outdoor stage, the indoor "La Centrale" hall, and a "corner" space—for approximately 11 hours of continuous music. The 2025 edition (June 14) featured artists like Hedex ft. Eksman, Sullivan King, Culture Shock, Kompany, Habstrakt, Simula, Gentlemens Club, and Samplifire, confirming the festival's premium positioning in the European electronic music scene.
The choice of Le Kilowatt is no accident: located in Les Ardoines, an area undergoing urban transformation in Vitry-sur-Seine, this former EDF power station boasts a unique industrial aesthetic. Its monumental volumes, red bricks, and period machinery create a striking backdrop for the festival's light installations and immersive scenography. The site is accessible on foot from the Ardoines station (RER C), making it easy to reach from Paris.
For its fifth summer edition scheduled for June 13, 2026, Ohlala Summer Festival confirms its format with a renewed setup: two main stages and a corner, a new outdoor stage, and the indoor La Centrale hall. The 2026 lineup announces top-tier artists such as Black Sun Empire, Hamdi, Taiki Nulight, Dirt Monkey, Virus Syndicate, Arcando, Asdek, Skybreak, Dodge & Fuski, and Saka, with about fifteen more artists yet to be revealed. The event is for ages 18 and over.
Beyond the music, Ohlala Summer Festival offers a comprehensive festive experience: themed entertainment, partner stands, various food trucks, and a friendly atmosphere typical of underground festivals that have won over a large audience. The organization ensures high-quality sound on each stage and meticulous scenography that highlights the venue's industrial architecture.
On Saturday, June 13, 2026, the Ohlala Summer Festival returns to Kilowatt in Vitry-sur-Seine for its fifth summer edition, from 3 PM to 2 AM. Eleven hours of non-stop music with over 30 artists spread across three areas: a new outdoor mainstage, the indoor stage La Centrale, and a brand new Sound System Corner conceived with Bass Paradize. The program includes: drum & bass, dubstep, UK garage, and sound system culture, with international headliners such as Black Sun Empire x Virus Syndicate (Shadow League project), Hamdi, Taiki Nulight, Dirt Monkey, Dodge & Fuski, Flava D, Mozey, or Mind Vortex. Festival reserved for adults (18 years and older).
On Saturday, June 13, 2026, the Ohlala Summer Festival will take over Kilowatt in Vitry-sur-Seine, 35 minutes from the center of Paris, for its fifth summer edition. From 3 PM to 2 AM, over thirty artists will perform on three stages for eleven hours of continuous music.
For this edition, the festival features a redesigned configuration:
The Ohlala Festival is the major French event for bass music. The 2026 lineup spans the spectrum from drum & bass to dubstep, including UK garage and halftime, with a clever mix of internationally established artists and emerging revelations.
