About Pépinière en Fête
Pépinière en Fête is the free, open-air highlight of the Nancy Jazz Pulsations (NJP) festival, held every year on a Sunday in October at the Parc de la Pépinière in Nancy. Several stages scattered throughout the park—the Mobile Stage, the Big Top, the Magic Mirror, and the Back-of-the-Park Stage—host world music, chanson, and family-friendly performances, all free of charge and with no booking required. During the rest of the two-week NJP festival (founded in 1973), the Big Top and Magic Mirror remain in the park to host ticketed concerts.

Pépinière en Fête is the major free event hosted by Nancy Jazz Pulsations, taking place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Parc de la Pépinière. Pépinière en Fête is the free event organized by Nancy Jazz Pulsations (NJP), which was founded in 1973. Every autumn, one Sunday is entirely dedicated to this open-access day at the Parc de la Pépinière in Nancy, with no reservations needed.
Multiple stages throughout the park
The day's events are spread across several open-air stages: the Mobile Stage, the Big Top, the Magic Mirror, and the Back-of-the-Park Stage. The public can move freely from one concert to another from morning until night.
An intergenerational program
