About Péri'Meuh
Péri'Meuh is the urban agricultural festival of Périgueux, an agricultural show in the heart of the city that celebrates agriculture and the flavors of Périgord. Created in 2015, this free, family-friendly event takes over the squares and boulevards of the capital of Dordogne to offer cattle competitions, a market of local producers, educational activities, and a Périgourdin banquet bringing together up to 1,000 guests for a 100% Périgord meal.

An agricultural show in the heart of Périgueux
Péri'Meuh is a unique agricultural festival: a true urban agricultural show that brings cows, sheep, and poultry to the heart of Périgueux. Created in 2015, this free event brings together players from the agricultural world and the general public to discover the trades of the land and the flavors of the Périgord region.
Competitions, market, and activities
The program includes cattle competitions (Limousin, Blonde d'Aquitaine, Bazadaise breeds), livestock auctions, a market of local producers, and numerous educational activities: mini-farm, cow milking, workshops for children. The Grande Table, a Périgourdin banquet that can bring together up to 1,000 guests for a 100% Périgord meal, is the highlight of the festival.
A unifying event
Péri'Meuh is supported by the Grand Périgueux, the City of Périgueux, the Department of Dordogne, and the consular chambers. The event takes over Place Bugeaud, the boulevards, Place Montaigne, the Allées de Tourny, and Place André Maurois, transforming the city center into a huge fairground.
