About Polysonic Festival
The Polysonic Festival brings together the full diversity of sound system culture at Mains d'Œuvres in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, featuring reggae, dub, bass music, cumbia, and Afro-Caribbean and Latin rhythms. Organized by the Pyramide association, the event showcases various artisanal sound systems across the venue's different spaces, complemented by an interdisciplinary art exhibition.
The festival is dedicated to education and emerging talent, featuring partnerships with educational institutions, a platform for both local and international artists, and a strong focus on the representation of women in electronic music scenes.
Polysonic Festival — edition 2026
For its second edition, the Polysonic Festival takes over Mains d'Œuvres on September 12th and 13th, 2026, featuring three sound systems: the Parisian Zion Horn, experts in reggae and dub, and El Mastodonte, the first Colombian picó built in France by a member of the High Bass Sound System. On the decks, Hyperlison, Gat2Gat, Lady Avocado, Asia Knox, and the Hopetown Soundsystem collective will be spinning a mix of breakbeat, cumbia, champeta, and Jamaican music, spread across the Cour des Myrtilles and the venue's dance studio.
