PopOppidum is a contemporary music festival that takes place every year in the Oppidum hall, in the town center of Champagnole, in the Jura region. Created in 2010 by a group of music enthusiasts, it will celebrate its fifteenth edition in 2025.

PopOppidum stands out for its intimate format: an evening of concerts in the multipurpose Oppidum hall, an emblematic venue for Champagnole's cultural life. This proximity between artists and the audience creates a warm and collaborative atmosphere, which is the event's signature.

The PopOppidum program favors contemporary music with a focus on pop and rock. Each edition brings together several bands for an evening, mixing emerging artists and established acts from the French scene. The festival has thus helped introduce many talents to the Jura public.

PopOppidum is an event rooted in the cultural life of Champagnole. Organized by a team of passionate volunteers, with the support of the ODEVA association for programming and technical production, it contributes to the musical animation of this town in the Jura, known for its natural and industrial heritage.
