About Rencontres Lyriques de Luchon
The Rencontres Lyriques de Luchon is a classical music and lyrical singing festival in the department of Haute-Garonne, Occitanie. Founded in Bagnères-de-Luchon, the event brings together lyrical recitals, concerts, new creations, and a singing workshop led by professional artists each summer. Since 2024, the festival has taken place in Saint-Béat-Lez, at the Parc et au Moulin des Arts, about forty kilometers from Luchon, while retaining its historical name.

A festival established in Saint-Béat since 2024
Historically organized in Bagnères-de-Luchon, the festival has been held since 2024 in Saint-Béat-Lez, within the Parc et au Moulin des Arts. Recitals, workshops, public masterclasses, screenings, and concerts follow one another for a week in the heart of the Pyrénées.
A week dedicated to lyrical singing
Each edition combines original creations, concerts, singing masterclasses, and moments of sharing. The singing workshop, a highlight of the festival, concludes with a public concert bringing together the participants and guest artists. Rencontres Lyriques de Luchon — 2026 Edition
The 2026 edition of the Rencontres Lyriques de Luchon takes place from August 8 to 15, 2026, in Saint-Béat-Lez, within the Parc et du Moulin des Arts (Haute-Garonne). It is held under the theme "The cry of silence".
The festival opens on Saturday, August 8, with an immersive evening centered around a digital installation, continues with the creation "VÎDE", a poetic hybrid drama, writing and practice workshops, a conference, as well as the vocal training course which concludes with a public concert on August 15.
