Saint-Honoré-les-Bains is located in the south of the Nièvre department, 40 km south of Château-Chinon.
- By car: Via the D985 from Château-Chinon or the D978 from Decize.
- By train: Decize or Cercy-la-Tour station, then a 30-minute drive.
