Supernova in Toulouse
Supernova is the festival dedicated to young theatrical creation in Toulouse, in the department of Haute-Garonne, Occitanie. Supported by the Théâtre Sorano (a state-subsidized theatre), it offers each autumn, in November, a panorama of emerging creation.

For approximately three weeks, emerging companies take over Toulouse stages to showcase new forms: shows, works in progress, readings, discussion panels, and festive evenings. The festival has supported the beginnings of many contemporary theatre artists.

Supernova is supported by the Théâtre Sorano and relies on numerous partner venues in Toulouse, including the Théâtre Garonne, the Théâtre Jules Julien, the Centre culturel Bonnefoy, and La Fabrique of the Université Toulouse Jean Jaurès.
