International Tango Festival of Toulouse, Haute-Garonne
Tangopostale is the international Argentine tango festival of Toulouse, in Haute-Garonne (Occitanie). Every summer, in early July, it offers about ten days of open-air dances (milongas), concerts, workshops with international maestros, conferences, exhibitions, and heritage walks. The heart of the festival, the Eterna milonga, is danced outdoors in Place Saint-Pierre.

17th edition of the international tango festival Tangopostale in Toulouse, from July 3 to 12, 2026 (with opening events starting June 30). Ten days of Argentine tango in the pink city: open-air milongas in Place Saint-Pierre, balls, concerts, workshops with international maestros, conferences, exhibitions, and heritage walks.
For 2026, the festival team has chosen to move the dates forward by one week to coincide with the start of the summer holidays: the festival runs from July 3 to 12, 2026 (warm-up and exhibition opening from June 30 and July 2). For ten days, Toulouse lives to the rhythm of Argentine tango in all its forms.
Workshops with maestros (traditional and neo tango), dance, music and DJ workshops, milongas and neolongas every evening, concerts, "Café Tango" conferences, exhibitions, film screenings and guided walks in the footsteps of Carlos Gardel and the history of tango in Toulouse.
