The electro festival that closes the ski season at 2,100 meters
Tignes Unlimited is an electronic music festival that takes over the resort of Tignes for over a week at the end of the ski season. Created in 2025 by the resort of Tignes in partnership with Unlimited Festival, this event transforms the slopes, high-altitude terraces, and resort venues into open-air dancefloors. From melodic techno to house, disco, and live music, the lineup brings together internationally renowned DJs and producers in a spectacular Alpine setting, between snow-capped peaks and sunsets over the Tovière.
Tignes Unlimited was born in 2025 from an ambition: to make the end of the ski season in Tignes an unforgettable moment by combining skiing and electronic music in an exceptional natural setting. The result of a partnership between the resort of Tignes and Unlimited Festival, a recognized brand in the world of electronic festivals, the event spans more than a week, from the last Saturday in April to the first Sunday in May, covering the very end of the winter season.
The concept is as simple as it is spectacular: set up stages and dancefloors in the middle of the mountains, on the terraces of high-altitude restaurants, in the resort's clubs, and on the snow front, to offer an immersive musical experience at 2,100 meters altitude. DJ sets take place against the backdrop of the grandiose panoramas of the Tovière, Grande Motte, and the Vanoise massif, offering a visual spectacle that rivals the sound quality.
The Tignes Unlimited lineup showcases the various facets of electronic music: melodic techno, house, disco, minimal, and live performances. For its second edition in 2026, the festival has announced a major lineup featuring Sarah Landry, a rising star in Canadian techno, Stephan Bodzin, master of German melodic techno, Purple Disco Machine, king of nu-disco, Agents of Time, Shimza, ambassador of the South African electronic scene, Mind Against, and Moblack.
Events are spread between daytime sets on the high-altitude terraces — notably at La Folie Douce Val d'Isère — and evening parties at Tignespace, the resort's performance hall, as well as in iconic bars like Chez Popeye and Oxygène Café. The alternation between outdoor sessions under the spring sun and indoor evenings creates a continuous festive dynamic throughout the festival.
What sets Tignes Unlimited apart from classic electronic festivals is the fusion of sport and music. Festival-goers can ski in the morning on the Grande Motte glacier or the Espace Killy area, before heading to the high-altitude dancefloors in the early afternoon. Spring skiing, with its transformed snow conditions and long, sunny days, provides the ideal setting for this hybrid experience.
The resort offers packages combining accommodation and festival passes, making the experience accessible to all budgets. With its attractive early bird prices and its location in the heart of one of the world's largest ski areas, Tignes Unlimited is establishing itself as a new benchmark for mountain electronic festivals.
2nd edition of Tignes Unlimited. From April 25 to May 3, 2026 in Tignes. Sarah Landry, Stephan Bodzin, Purple Disco Machine, Agents of Time, Shimza, Mind Against, and Moblack on the lineup.
Building on the success of its first edition, Tignes Unlimited returns from April 25 to May 3, 2026 with an even more ambitious lineup. The second edition has unveiled a top-tier lineup that brings together the biggest names in the international electronic scene.
Stephan Bodzin, undisputed master of melodic techno, Purple Disco Machine, king of nu-disco with millions of streams, and Sarah Landry, a rising star in Canadian techno, will be the headliners of this edition. The lineup is completed by Agents of Time, an Italian progressive techno duo, Shimza, ambassador of the South African electronic scene, the Italians Mind Against, and DJ producer Moblack.
