From October 30th to November 1st, 2026, the MEETT in Toulouse will host a new edition of the Salon Chocolat & Gourmandises, held concurrently with the Salon Vins & Terroirs. Over 40 master chocolatiers and gourmet food professionals (specializing in pastries, caramels, honey, jams, teas, spices, and more) will showcase their expertise over three days. A single ticket grants access to both events, which together feature over 300 winemakers and producers.
A gourmet fair paired with Vins & Terroirs
The Salon Chocolat & Gourmandises in Toulouse returns from October 30th to November 1st, 2026, at the MEETT, the Toulouse Exhibition Centre (Aussonne), organized alongside the autumn edition of the Salon Vins & Terroirs. The Salon Chocolat network, which also hosts events in Vannes, Clermont-Ferrand, Amiens, and Metz, brings together over 40 exhibitors in Toulouse, including artisan chocolatiers and gourmet food specialists (offering cakes, pastries, caramels, dried fruits, honey, jams, gingerbread, coffee, tea, and spices).
Admission to the Salon Chocolat & Gourmandises also includes access to the Salon Vins & Terroirs, featuring more than 300 winemakers and producers. Previous editions have offered tasting workshops (wine, cheese), chocolate-themed culinary demonstrations, and a major prize draw; the detailed program for the autumn 2026 edition is currently being finalized.
Opening hours and online ticketing for this edition will be announced by the organizer, Toulouse Évènements (GL Events), in September 2026. There is a free 3,000-space parking lot on-site; access is available via the T1 tram line (MEETT station) or by bus (line 30).
