Marathon, half-marathon, 10 km, and relay in the Pink City — November 1st, 2026
The Harmonie Mutuelle Toulouse Métropole Run Experience (formerly Toulouse Marathon) is one of the biggest running events in the South-West. Every autumn, over 30,000 runners set off through the streets of the Pink City in five formats: marathon, half-marathon, 10 km, marathon relay, and children's races.
Organized by Playground Event with Harmonie Mutuelle as the main partner, the event passes through iconic Toulouse sites: Place du Capitole, Jardin des Plantes, Île du Ramier, banks of the Garonne, Piste des Géants, Cité de l'Espace, Pont Neuf. A race village will be held from October 29th to 31st, 2026, for bib collection and numerous activities.
The Toulouse Métropole Run Experience, now named Harmonie Mutuelle Toulouse Métropole Run Experience, has become in just a few editions one of France's biggest running events, with over 30,000 participants expected and nearly 800 volunteers mobilized. The event takes place on a single day, Sunday, November 1st, 2026, and offers several formats adapted to all levels.
Both the marathon and half-marathon courses start from Allées François Verdier in the city center and wind through Toulouse's iconic locations: Place du Capitole, Jardin des Plantes, Île du Ramier, banks of the Garonne, Pont des Catalans, Passerelle Robert Poujade. Marathon runners then take the famous Piste des Géants — a straight line of over 7 km — then cross the Cité de l'Espace and the Oncopole, before a final return via Rue de Metz, Pont Neuf, and a spectacular finish on Boulevard d'Arcole.
Refreshments are available every 5 km with reusable cups (zero plastic). Pacemakers accompany runners in each starting pen. Free baggage storage (20 L max) is provided. The time limit is 6 hours for the marathon and 3 hours for the half-marathon.
