Veigné Book Fair 2025 - 13th Edition
The 13th edition of the Veigné Book Fair was held on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at the Salle Cassiopée. Over 50 authors from the Centre-Val de Loire region and other departments were present, offering a diversity of readings for children and adults: novels, comic books, children's literature, poetry, and regional works. Free admission, with refreshments and light snacks available on site.

A Friendly Book Fair South of Tours
The Veigné Book Fair is an annual literary gathering held every September at the Salle Cassiopée, a flagship cultural venue in the town of Veigné, located south of Tours in the Indre valley. Organized by the Veigné Festival Committee since 2013, this free, family-friendly fair has built a loyal following of literature enthusiasts.
Over Fifty Authors in Attendance
Each edition of the fair hosts over fifty authors from the Centre-Val de Loire region and other departments. The diversity of literary genres represented is one of the event's strengths:
- Novels: contemporary fiction, crime, romance, historical literature
- Comic Books: Franco-Belgian comics, manga, graphic novels
- Children's Literature: illustrated albums, fairy tales, young adult novels

The fair takes place on Sundays in two sessions: morning from 10 AM to 12:30 PM and afternoon from 2 PM to 6 PM. Admission is free, making the event accessible to all budgets and generations.
