Vignobles en Scène: Southern Burgundy Celebrates
The heir to Fascinant Week-End, Vignobles en Scène became the national wine tourism event in 2025, driven by the Fédération Nationale Vignobles & Découvertes. In Southern Burgundy, this October weekend transforms about ten wine-growing towns into a vast playground of discoveries combining wine, gastronomy, culture, and heritage.
A Territory of Character in Four Acts
The Vignobles en Scène experience in Southern Burgundy is divided into four wine tourism acts: the cellars, the hillsides planted with vines, the historic cellars, and the panoramic landscapes. From Tournus to Fuissé, including Chasselas, Ozenay, La Roche-Vineuse, Leynes, Pierreclos, Prissé, Royer, and Vergisson, wine estates offer original and surprising activities to showcase their terroirs.
Three Collections of Experiences
The program is structured around three thematic collections. The Tastings offer culinary workshops, food and wine pairings, and gourmet discoveries. The Creative events combine concerts, shows, and artistic activities in the heart of the vineyards. The Immersive experiences include walks, sensory workshops, and moments of sharing in exceptional settings.
The Fascinating Banquet of Chefs
The highlight of the weekend, the Fascinating Banquet of Chefs brings together talented chefs, artisans, sommeliers, and winemakers from Southern Burgundy in the Cellier des Moines of the Abbey of Saint-Philibert in Tournus. Their creativity is showcased in a unique menu with food and wine pairings, within an exceptional Romanesque architectural setting. An unforgettable gastronomic moment that embodies the spirit of the event.
Over 40 Activities in 10 Towns
With over 40 activities spread across five destinations labeled Vignobles & Découvertes, Vignobles en Scène offers a comprehensive panorama of wine tourism in Southern Burgundy. Bike rides through the most beautiful plots, photo contests, themed tastings, and guided tours allow visitors to appreciate viticulture from a new perspective and immerse themselves in a territory of unsuspected richness.
