The 100% 2000s festival of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region
Created in 2025, ARENA Festival is the first festival entirely dedicated to the 2000s in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Located at La Rubanox, a former rehabilitated factory in Chambéry, the festival invites iconic artists of this cult decade for an evening of nostalgia and celebration. From Colonel Reyel to Billy Crawford, from Tragédie to L5, ARENA Festival brings back the greatest hits of the 2000s in a festive and uninhibited atmosphere.
Launched in 2025 by the production company Arena Prod, ARENA Festival was born from a simple observation: the 2000s constitute a cult musical decade that brings together several generations of nostalgic fans today. This new type of festival offers to relive the greatest hits of the 2000s by welcoming the emblematic artists of that era on the Chambéry stage.
The festival is held at La Rubanox, located at 235 avenue Alsace-Lorraine in Chambéry. This former ribbon factory, converted into an event space, offers an original and spacious industrial setting, ideal for hosting an outdoor and indoor festival. The site has several areas allowing for a succession of outdoor concerts starting at 5 PM and after-parties indoors until late at night.
ARENA Festival focuses on a program exclusively dedicated to artists from the 2000s. The first edition in 2025 featured Colonel Reyel, Billy Crawford, Jessy Matador, Passi, Amine, and Kymaï for an evening of hits and dancing. The festival offers over 20 hours of non-stop music, with concerts followed by after-shows hosted by DJ sets.
Building on the success of its first edition, ARENA Festival is expanding in 2026 from one evening to two full days, Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th. The lineup is enhanced with Tragédie, L5, Neg' Marrons, Sinik, Li-Ucenzzo, and Linkup, confirming the festival's ambition to become the essential meeting point for 2000s culture in the Alps.
ARENA Festival aims to be accessible to a wide audience, accepting the Pass Culture for 15-20 year olds. The event is open to people aged 16 and over (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult). Tickets are sold in successive phases at increasing prices, encouraging festival-goers to book early.
The 2nd edition of ARENA Festival will take place on June 5 and 6, 2026, at La Rubanox in Chambéry, featuring Tragédie, L5, Neg' Marrons, Sinik, and other artists from the 2000s.
