About Arrêt Danse

Every year, Arrêt Danse brings together emerging contemporary dance companies in Rodez and its surrounding towns. Co-founded in 2022 by Camille Revel, Armande Sanseverino, and Chloé Mirabel, the festival takes place during the European Heritage Days, transforming local heritage and cultural sites—such as the Saint-Joseph chapel, the historic city center, the Rodez stud farm, and the MJC—into vibrant stages.

The program features performances, choreographed street processions, film screenings, exhibitions, and workshops, including a showcase for young dance companies. An inclusive dance workshop, led in partnership with Cie DK-BEL in Onet-le-Château, welcomes participants both with and without disabilities.
