Arrius en Scène: Humor in All Its Forms in Heyrieux
Each year in February, the Foyer Rural de Heyrieux, a dynamic small town located between Lyon and Bourgoin-Jallieu in Isère, transforms into a true temple of humor. The Festival d'Humour Arrius en Scène offers three days of live performances featuring stand-up, one-man shows, sketches, comedy theater, burlesque shows, and humorous musical performances, in a warm atmosphere accessible to all audiences.
An Adventure Born of Passion
The story of Arrius en Scène began in March 2017, when a group of motivated volunteers decided to create a cultural association to revitalize the local life of Heyrieux. Under the presidency of Thérèse Martin, the association quickly developed a varied program at the Foyer Rural, including concerts, magic, cabaret, and children's shows. But it was the humor festival, launched in 2018, that became the flagship project and trademark of Arrius en Scène.
In just a few years, the festival has established itself as an anticipated event for humor lovers in Nord-Isère and the Lyon metropolitan area. With over 80 professional artists and young talents hosted since its creation, Arrius en Scène has forged strong links with the French-speaking humor scene and gained recognition from the Fédération Française des Festivals d'Humour (FFH).
A Rich and Eclectic Program
The festival is distinguished by the diversity of its program, designed to offer a different style each evening and reach the widest possible audience:

Over the years, the festival has hosted artists such as Gil Alma, Les Glandeurs Nature, William Pilet, Les Jumeaux, Manuel Salmero, Terry Cometti, Philippe Roche, Alexandra Pizzagali, Charlotte Boisselier, Antoine Lucciardi, Damien Laquet, and Félix Le Braz, alongside dozens of discoveries and comedy troupes.
Conviviality and Welcome at the Heart of the Festival

From 7:00 PM, the catering area opens its doors, inviting spectators to sit at tables to share a meal with friends or family before the performances. The 9th edition of the Arrius en Scène Humor Festival will be held from February 19 to 22, 2026, at the Foyer Rural in Heyrieux. Three evenings and one morning of humor shows mixing stand-up, one-man shows, comedy theater, and burlesque performances, in the convivial atmosphere that makes the festival renowned.
9th Edition: See You in February 2026
The Festival d'Humour Arrius en Scène returns for its 9th edition from February 19 to 22, 2026, at the Foyer Rural in Heyrieux. Building on the growing success of previous editions and the enthusiasm of an ever-larger audience, the Arrius en Scène association is preparing an ambitious program mixing established artists from the French comedy scene and promising young talents.
True to its now well-established format, the festival will offer three themed evenings, each featuring a different style of humor – stand-up, one-man shows, comedy theater, burlesque musical shows – as well as a family morning on Sunday afternoon, accessible from 7 years old. Each evening will be preceded by the opening of the catering area from 7:00 PM, allowing spectators to dine on-site in a warm atmosphere before the 8:30 PM performances.
With nine editions under its belt, the festival has successfully built a loyal audience from all over Nord-Isère and the Lyon metropolitan area, while retaining the associative and volunteer spirit that is its strength. The full program and ticketing will be announced in Autumn 2025 on the festival's official website and the association's social media.

- By car: Heyrieux is located about 25 minutes southeast of Lyon, between Vienne and Bourgoin-Jallieu. From Lyon, take the A43 towards Grenoble/Chambéry, exit n°6 Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, then follow the direction Heyrieux via the D75. From Vienne, take the D502 then the D36. Free parking is available near the Foyer Rural.
