Beaupuy en fête — edition 2026
The second edition of Beaupuy en fête takes place on Saturday, September 5th and Sunday, September 6th, 2026, in the village of Beaupuy, Mouilleron-le-Captif. Admission is free. On Saturday, the site opens at 6:00 PM, featuring two concerts followed by a DJ set until 12:30 AM: Graziani, Pelican Dreams, and DJ Kévin. On Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM: magic shows at the Longère, street performances from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and a concert by Mano to wrap up the event.
2026 Edition
The town hall is hosting two days of free festivities in the village of Beaupuy on Saturday, September 5th and Sunday, September 6th, 2026, in partnership with the Animation Mouilleron le Captif committee.
The village opens at 6:00 PM on Saturday and closes at 12:30 AM. On Sunday, it is open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All shows are free and do not require reservations, with the exception of the two performances at the Longère de Beaupuy, for which free tickets have been available since June 1st, 2026.
The educational program focuses on local school children: the Compagnie Sac will perform shows and host workshops, including puppetry and shadow play for preschoolers, and awareness sessions on screen time for primary school students.

A back-to-school festival born after the end of Face & Si
In its 2026 municipal newsletter, the town of Mouilleron-le-Captif stated: "After 25 editions of the Face&Si festival, we chose to offer the people of Mouilleron a new format for our back-to-school festivities: two entirely free days blending music, performances, activities, delicious food, and a friendly atmosphere." The event is co-organized with the Animation Mouilleron committee.
The same newsletter reported that the first edition, held on September 6 and 7, 2025, drew nearly 3,000 people and thanked the 150 volunteers who made it happen. La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomération quoted Mayor Jacky Godard: "This first edition of Beaupuy en fête was exactly what we aimed for: a festive, family-oriented, cultural, and free event."
Beaupuy en fête also has an educational component: before opening to the public, children from the town's two schools attend performances and participate in workshops.
