Bélingou en Fanfare is a brass band festival organized every summer on the Place de l'Abbaye in Cadouin, in the commune of Le Buisson-de-Cadouin. Created in 2011 by the association Le Bélingou en Fanfare, the event offers a festive evening celebrating brass bands and brass instruments in an exceptional heritage setting. The invited groups explore eclectic repertoires ranging from Creole music to rock, including jazz, ska, and Balkan music.

Brass instruments in the spotlight in Cadouin

Since 2011, Bélingou en Fanfare has taken over the Place de l'Abbaye de Cadouin for a festive and quirky evening dedicated to brass bands. The event, organized by the association Le Bélingou en Fanfare, brings together brass ensembles with varied and often surprising repertoires.

The invited brass bands explore very diverse musical universes: Creole music, French chanson, rock, jazz, ska, Balkan music... Far from traditional brass bands, the programmed groups offer inventive and festive musical shows, in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
