The Bénévent-l'Abbaye Book Fair brings together authors and readers in the remarkable setting of this small town of character in Creuse. The fair's program includes readings aloud, offered at 11 am and 3 pm, hosted by storytellers and the Bénéventine Municipal Library. An exhibition accompanies the literary encounters, combining illustrations and artistic creations related to the presented works. A reading corner for children, run by the library, allows the youngest to discover the pleasure of reading.

The highlight of the fair is the staged reading scheduled for the late afternoon, starting at 4 pm. This original format combines words and music, with readings accompanied by piano, offering an immersive and poetic experience.
