Bulles et Flocons 2026 - 4th Edition
The 4th edition of Bulles et Flocons will take place on Sunday, February 22, 2026, in Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
For this fourth edition, the association Pic Livre invites several talented authors:
- Mathilde Ramadier
- Marion Achard
- Plüme et Olivier
- David Chambre
- Nicolas Rouvière
- Camille Pouzol
The program includes two BD workshops: a scriptwriting workshop led by Marion Achard (ages 12 and up) and a drawing workshop for children (ages 5 and up). The exhibitions will open at the Salle des Arts starting Saturday, February 14, at 10:00 AM.

Location
The Bulles et Flocons festival takes place in the Salle des Arts and other venues in Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, a village in the Chartreuse massif in Isère.
Access
By Car
Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse is accessible from Grenoble (25 km, approx. 35 minutes) via the D512 towards Col de Porte. From Chambéry (35 km) via the D912 through the Col du Granier. Free parking is available in the village.
By Public Transport
Bus connections are available from Grenoble via the TransIsère line. Carpooling is encouraged.
Opening Hours
The festival runs during the day, generally from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Prices
Admission to the Bulles et Flocons festival is free.
Exhibitions
Exhibitions related to the festival can be viewed at the Salle des Arts starting the week before the festival, with an opening reception on Saturday morning.
Workshops
Two BD workshops are offered during the festival:
- Scriptwriting workshop: for ages 12 and up
- Drawing workshop: for ages 5 and up
The workshops are free, but registration is recommended due to limited spaces.

Bulles et Flocons: Comics go up in the Chartreuse
The Bulles et Flocons festival is an event dedicated to comic strips held every winter in Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park in Isère. This human-sized festival offers a unique setting to discover comics in a snowy mountain landscape, creating an intimate and warm atmosphere conducive to exchanges between authors and readers.
A festival driven by the association Pic Livre
Bulles et Flocons is organized by the association Pic Livre, a local organization committed to promoting comic strips and reading in mountain areas. Created in 2023, the festival has quickly found its audience and built loyalty among authors and readers thanks to its friendly format and carefully curated program, which grows with each edition.
Book Signings, Workshops, and Meetings
The Bulles et Flocons program is structured around several highlights:
- Book signing sessions: invited authors and illustrators sign their albums throughout the day
- Debates and round tables: discussions on themes related to comic strips and illustration
- BD workshops: a scriptwriting workshop for ages 12 and up, and a drawing workshop for children aged 5 and up
