Connecte-toi: Accessible and Festive Digital Technology in Blois
Connecte-toi is a digital festival born in 2025 in Blois, driven by two associations committed to digital inclusion: Alkebulan and Loir&Cher Tech. This innovative and free festival offers the opportunity to discover everyday digital uses through a fun, educational, and festive program accessible to all audiences.
A Program Balancing Innovation and Conviviality
The festival unfolds over two days with distinct sessions:
- Friday is dedicated to professionals: afterwork, networking, digital village, workshops on artificial intelligence led by Dev'Up Centre-Val de Loire, cybersecurity roundtable, and networking cocktail.
- Saturday is open to all audiences: a festive afternoon with video game competitions, virtual reality experiences, coding workshops for children, digital storytelling, interactive activities, and a concert at the end of the day.
Digital Inclusion at the Heart of the Project
Connecte-toi was born from the observation that digital technology remains an intimidating field for many citizens. The festival's mission is to demystify technologies, promote digital careers, and combat the digital divide by offering introductory workshops accessible to all ages and levels. Friendly facilitators guide each visitor in discovering digital tools and uses.
Strong Territorial Roots
Located at the Cité du numérique in Blois, avenue de Vendôme, the festival benefits from a space dedicated to innovation and digital support. It is part of the digital transition dynamic of the Blois territory, alongside other initiatives supported by local authorities, associations, and companies in the sector.
A Free Event Open to All
Access to the festival is completely free, with no prior registration required. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. This free access reflects the organizers' desire to make digital technology accessible to the greatest number of people and to make Connecte-toi a popular and unifying event.
