From June 25 to September 20, 2026, the Blois-Chambord destination lives to the rhythm of its grand summer season, which begins with the Fête de la Musique and ends with the European Heritage Days. In Blois
The City of Blois orchestrates its free festival « Des Lyres d'été » all summer long (from July 3 to August 30): concerts in the squares, balls, open-air cinema, historical tours, and discovery of the Loire landscapes. The guinguette of the port de la Creusille sets up by the river at the beginning of July, and July 13 features a grand concert followed by fireworks launched over the Loire. The season continues with the Grand Concert Royal on September 12.

The Chambord estate hosts its major concerts Chambord Live at the end of June, then the Festival de Chambord of classical music at the beginning of July, under the artistic direction of Vanessa Wagner. The destination also offers the festival En passant par la Loire (Veuzain-sur-Loire), Jazzin' Cheverny, the street arts festival L'Écho du Caquetoire in Cheverny, the Festival international des jardins in Chaumont-sur-Loire, and the Fête du Vélo, not to mention hot air balloon flights, descents of the Loire by boat or canoe, and nature outings (beaver observation).
