Demi Festival — edition 2026
For its 10th anniversary, the Demi Festival returns to Sète from August 5 to 9, 2026, offering five days of independent rap between the city center and the Théâtre de la Mer Jean Vilar. Created by Sète rapper Demi Portion, one of the major events in independent French hip-hop is offering an extra day and a large free concert in the heart of the city to mark the decade.
Demi Festival 2026 — 10th edition
The Demi Festival celebrates its tenth anniversary from Wednesday, August 5 to Sunday, August 9, 2026 in Sète. Conceived and led by Sète rapper Demi Portion, the event has become in a decade one of the major independent rap events in France.
For this anniversary, the festival extends over five days with a two-part format: a free opening night at Quai du Maroc, in the city center, on Wednesday, August 5, followed by four evenings at the Théâtre de la Mer Jean Vilar, an open-air setting facing the Mediterranean, from Thursday, August 6 to Sunday, August 9.
The lineup brings together historical headliners of French rap (JoeyStarr of NTM, Oxmo Puccino, Rim'K of 113, Seth Gueko, Imhotep of IAM) and artists from the independent scene (Hugo TSR, Kacem Wapalek, La Caution, Don Choa…), alongside Demi Portion himself.
