Corbie's winter festivities
Every year in December, the town of Corbie dons its finest attire to host Fest'Hiver, a multidisciplinary festival that transforms the town center into a warm and lively festive village. From December 5th to 20th, the town hall square becomes the beating heart of a program rich in activities, shows, and culinary delights.
Fest'Hiver stands out for the diversity of its offerings. An outdoor ice rink delights young and old alike. Fairground rides, trampolines, and traditional games like duck fishing add a funfair and playful touch. Concerts and choirs set the rhythm for the evenings, while street performances surprise passers-by around every corner.
Cinema is also featured: special screenings are organized to extend the winter magic. The youngest can meet Santa Claus for the traditional souvenir photo, a must-do moment of the festivities.
The craft and local produce market is one of the highlights of Fest'Hiver. Local creators, artisans, and producers from the Somme and Hauts-de-France regions showcase their skills: pottery, jewelry, textiles, decorative items, and original gifts are displayed alongside gastronomic specialties from the Picardy region.
The food stalls offer oysters, charcuterie, mulled wine, hot chocolate, fritters, and crêpes, creating an irresistible olfactory atmosphere that invites strolling and tasting.
True to the spirit of Corbie, Fest'Hiver is an entirely free event, accessible to all without condition. This freeness reflects the municipal desire to make the end-of-year holidays a moment of sharing and conviviality for the entire population, in a spirit of solidarity and inclusion.
Fest'Hiver will return in December 2026 to the town hall square of Corbie for a new edition of this unmissable winter event. The program will be announced in the fall of 2026.
Fest'Hiver takes place from December 5th to 20th on the town hall square of Corbie. Times vary depending on the activities: consult the detailed program on the town hall website or on the Corbie Culture social media.
