About Twenty Professional Tattoo Artists
Festi Tattoo brings together about twenty professional tattoo artists from the Landes region and all over France. Among the featured artists are renowned talents such as Yaksha Kuperan, Mr. Vang, Godja Ink, Ady Ink, Becca, and Mimish, each bringing their unique style — from realism to neo-traditional, from dotwork to watercolor, including geometric and Japanese styles.
Live Flash Tattoos
One of Festi Tattoo's main attractions is the performance of live flash tattoos. Tattoo artists offer pre-designed patterns, called "flashs," which visitors can get tattooed on-site during the event. It's a unique opportunity to leave with a lasting souvenir of the Dax Expo Fair.
Exhibitions and Demonstrations

Access to the Dax Expo Fair
By Car
The Expo Fair is held at the Parc des Arènes (Parc Théodore Denis), right in the center of Dax (40100). From the A63 highway, take exit Dax-Centre and follow the signs towards the city center and the Parc des Arènes. Public parking lots are available near the park, as well as in adjacent streets.
By Train
The Dax train station is served by TGV (Paris-Dax) and TER (Bordeaux-Dax, Bayonne-Dax) trains. The Parc des Arènes is a 10-minute walk from the station, following Boulevard Saint-Pierre.
By Bus
The Couralin urban bus network serves the city center of Dax. Several stops are located near the Parc des Arènes.
Opening Hours
Festi Tattoo is open throughout the duration of the Grand Dax Expo Fair, usually over four days in May (Thursday to Sunday). The opening hours correspond to those of the Expo Fair, typically from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Prices
Access to Festi Tattoo is included in the Expo Fair entrance ticket: €5 per person (reduced rate €4 with the promotional code TATTOO). Free for accompanied children. Flash tattoos are extra, with prices set directly by each tattoo artist according to the design and size.
Flash Tattoos
Tattoo artists offer pre-designed patterns ("flashs") that can be done in one session during the event. The principle is first come, first served. Expect waiting times for the most popular tattoo artists. Flash tattoo prices vary depending on the artist and the complexity of the design, generally starting from €50.

- Getting a flash tattoo requires being of legal age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Tattoo artists use sterile, single-use equipment.
- It is advisable not to consume alcohol before getting tattooed.
